The Prophet's Hunger - Manifest Presence
The Manifest presence of God is not the general - 'God is here and there and everywhere' - all present -"omnipresence" of God.
Manifest Presence -
It is the manifestation of God's holy presence amongst His people - tanglible, real, where He speaks and reveals the weight of His character, the weight of His kabod, glory His substance, weightyness. A tanglible 'something' that you know that place is holy because He is there. A tanglible God is here - we better fear and tread carefully kind of thing.
They could not stand in it in Solomon's Temple. Spiritually Slain is biblical - your legs cannot support the weight of His glory.
"being filled continually in the Holy Spirit, not drunk with wine, nor pleasure nor worldliness, but filled with God - God's power, wisdom, character, holiness, authority, in short, God Himself." - a very valid and christian and biblical experience.
'Christ in you, the Hope of Glory' 'you have overcome Satan - greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world'. a concious presence of God producing a concious victory over the evil one. you can keep Satan under you feet with this. 'The God of peace will soon crush Satan underneath your feet.'
A present, God with you, fighting God casts out the presence of the evil one anytime, any day, in any confrontation, on anyplace on earth. It is the mightiest weapon in our arsonal it is God Himself come down - O taht you would come down O lord - the mountains smoke when you touch them, the whole place is ablaze like horeb. the earth quakes beneath your feet O mighty God.
Realizable, concious experience. you Know it you KNOW He is there. You KNOW he is in you! There is strong boldness in it. strong confidence to face His enemies. praise God!
It is the prophet's hunger - That I may know you and the glory of who you are. Show us Your glory O God let that be the protion of my household! Let us be like Obed-edom's house which you were there - the Ark of the covenant Your living presence, blessing everything he did and touched, prospering the man in everyway, blesing Him, like adam and eve in the garden with You. Return us to that.

Waiting for a train
Vision last night of us waiting in the train station, waiting and listening for the correct train to take, lead us lord.
This same scene was mentioned in Purch's sermon today, the Lord is calling us to a wholehearted and instant obedience to Him. Delayed obedience is rebellion is subtle form.

Prayer power and propulsion
The Church is a cannon - sanctified and righteous it provides the straightness for a flight path for the word of God which is the cannon ball - explosive living and powerful the Gospel of Christ. The gunpowder within the cannon is Holy Spirit ignited prayer, which makes the gospel powerful and explosive upon impact. We are the wick, to be inflamed by the Holy Spirit, Worship is the spark - the ignition that sparks spirit empowered prayer, seeking, repentance, and gives requisite fervent prayer, power and propulsion to the flight of the gospel. The world is the target.

Joy and Peace
In my late teen years I used to be a melancholy soul. Quoting verses from Ecclestes about the hollowness of happiness, I used to think being happy was unspiritual. Vanity of Vanities, I certainly felt it - mildly depressed and severely serious about life and the world.
happiness was shallow and hollow minded emotion indeed some souls whom surrounded me in school looked the part - never thinking about the major issues - death, eternity, war, the savagery of human nature, they were happy. Not me, I was 'spiritual,' seeking, mildly suicidal and a sorry sight.
Now I know that there is no true spirituality like joy. Joy in God, contentment in circumstances and joy even in trials. A true test of Spirituality is can you keep joy in adversity? Can you rejoice in God even if you are all alone?
And! more than this:
There is no natural riches that can compare with the fruit of the transcending peace of God to know God holds you in the palm of His hand, is peace, confidence and true spirituality like no other.
Let this be my portion continually!

The burning love of God is firey judgement against the wicked - it is a love of justice, purity and all that is good.

Glory - Kabod the weightiness of holiness - Moses - show me your 'Kabod' the weightiness of your person. Makes a person weighty to have God's expression of his power and weight in him.

If Saul was changed into another man when the spirit of the lord was on him, God can give me stability and strength through His Spirit. If God can change rash, unstable and impetuous Peter God can change me. All I can ever hope to grow into, the best, the highest mark is Christ.
